Is there an On Boarding cost?
Yes. We do have an on boarding cost and it is based on the time required to migrate/update all systems to be up to our basic standards.
Priced per Device or per Person?
Yes and yes. We use both methods to provide the best far monthly rate per the number of devices and users you may have. Some companies have more heads and some have less heads then devices.
How do you charge?
Service Contracts are billed Monthly along with any cloud services. One off tasks are billed at the end of the month, and larger projects like a new server, we will ask for a percentage up front and the remainder billed after the project is completed.
Bills can be viewed and paid in your personalized portal.
We accept ACH payments, credit, and mailed checks.
